hourly observations from a nearby weather station.
Unfortunately, there are only a few thousand of these in the
world, few with gap-free data, and none likely to be where you
need the data. By pre-positioning over 646,000 Virtual Sensor StationsTM at
35 km intervals across the globe, we can now offer observation-level
weather data for any location (land and water) on earth. The
hourly output of these virtual stations goes back to 1978, is
complete & gap-free for all 35 weather variables to support
EnergyPlus, TMY or full 30 year time-series analysis.
